That's amazing! That must have been a really scary moment, having that happen to you. I agree, that teenager shouldn't get away with it. He would just keep doing it if he thinks he won't get caught. And I think that maybe they could have a bit of security added in shops for owners safety as well, but the thing is that it could be a bit expensive for the owners. Wow! That’s amazing!
