The Finals

Filed under: School Work — bridiem3 at 8:27 am on Monday, September 1, 2008

Everyone’s screaming and all are nervous,

Just two goals seperate the winner and the loser,

The goal shoot on the mini marshmallows shoots and it goes in,

Then it is the Hotchocs passoff,

They get it to the goal,

The goal keep intercepts the ball,

The ball goes out and its the mini marshmallows pass in,

Then the worst sound happens,

The buzzer goes.

We had lost the final by ONE point,

We had tried our best and it was a great game to play.

There’s nothing wrong with second! I like the way you used a poetry form for this post – it seemed to give extra excitement.

Hi Bridie,
Second is still good, sometimes it’s good that you don’t win because you can learn how to be a good loser.

Instead of saying, “We lost,” say “We came in 2nd!” It’s not so bad and it makes you feel better about the game. I like the way you made it into a poem. I like your blog. Please come check out mine.

Hey, Bridie!

This post is really good! You have such a way with words and definetly described it suspenseful. This poetry form is also a great idea.

Best Regards,
Fariha
